- critical
- fires on assertions, panics, chunk-exhaustion events, reorgs, and retry_pct ≥ 75% (60-block avg). Requires operator attention.
- warn
- fires on retry_pct ≥ 65%, tip lag > 2 blocks, or disk usage ≥ 85%. Watch-only.
- info
- informational events (probe recoveries, epoch transitions).
- recovered
- a previously-fired warn/critical alert has returned to baseline. Paired with the original trigger row.
